• The grant only applies to new boilers
• The boiler must be a high efficiency condensing boiler
• The house must be built pre 2006
• The amount you can receive is 700 euro
• However, this €700 new boiler grant is only available if you also qualify for a grant towards upgrading your central heating controls. The grant available for just an upgrade of heating controls alone is €600.

You could save up to 18% on your fuel bills with a new boilers, so, it really is a great incentive to replace your boiler. There has never been a better time to replace your Boiler!!
